Consumer Auto Refinance Services, Inc (CARS Inc) has immediate openings for well qualified, professional inside sales people. Qualified candidates will use their sales skills to create rapport, identify the client’s Insurance needs and close the sale. If you are results oriented, looking for job flexibility and have demonstrated achievement with inside sales, we are looking for you. No cold calling is required. You only work with qualified customers asking for our products and services.

This full time position reports to the Director of Sales. Specific responsibilities are:

• Evaluate individual customer needs and present unique solutions via telephone to close the deal.
• Ability to maintain an organized approach from initial contact to completion of transaction for a queue of 50-75 customers weekly.
• Ability to drive consistent results because of your high motivation to succeed.
• Discipline to eventually work from a home office.
• Participate in regular sales training.
• Share a team attitude and positive outlook while we expand our business.

Well qualified candidates will have 2 years demonstrated inside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a highly competitive environment. Insurance industry experience is not a requirement. He or She will enjoy being measured on results and not activity. This position will offer the flexibility to work from home when certain performance standards are achieved. MO Insurance Producer License a plus.
